The adventurer spirit and a restless character coexist in Bruno Ruiz with the seriousness and the discipline of a passionate professional in his trade. His vocation was predestined and drew on the experiences and flavours enjoyed with his family, in the oven of his grandparents and tinkering between stove while his father was cooking.

He studied in Denia and enriched his training beside great teachers. Working in the Celler de Can Roca changed completely his way of understanding the cuisine and drove him to continue travelling for searching new experiences. In San Sebastian he was disciple of Martín Berasategui and Pedro Subijana, with whom he had the opportunity to get into the philosophy and techniques of cuisine of the highest level.

His career, since then, has evolved with projects in tune with his cuisine style, and so conceives his arrival to Aticcook, a unique stage to show that special identity. Bruno’s cuisine is tied to the local products without dismissing the best products of the rest of the world, always with the affection and sensitivity that characterizes Bruno Ruiz.

    This place is located in the upper level of a building where you can buy furniture and different objects. Food is very original and well prepare by Bruno and his team. Highly recommended.

    What an amazing experience! We were 30minutes too early but we could admire design furnitures on floor 1-3, or you could have a drink at the balcony on the 4th floor with a nice view.

    First class food, very personal approach by Bruno himself, introducing each dish to every table. Great value for money.
