IN ATICCOOK BRUNO RUIZ we work from the hand of Bulthaup kitchens and we are in tune with its concept and philosophy. This is how we create a particular space and how our restaurant industry concept arises.

Passion fruit cream, creamy spiced chocolate, coconut snow and aromatic herbs salad.

Our version of cheese cake ad red berry fruit

DISHES

Tuna in semi salted, yogurt, pickles and cucumber and grape juice

Creamy pesto, little cherry tomates from Agustin´s in several cookings and crispy chicken skin

Pajel fish to the flame, stewed tender corn, mushrooms with pine nuts and pomegranate 

Fried egg, artichoke and bacon

Crunchy canellone of lamb stew, nutts and truffle
